Dr Wu Chiaw Ching is the Chairman and Independent Director of
our Group and was appointed on 7 March 2006. Since 1987, Mr Wu has
been the proprietor auditor of Wu Chiaw Ching & Company. Dr Wu is a
fellow member of the Singapore Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and Certified Public Accountants, Australia. In
addition, Dr Wu is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Dr Wu holds a Doctorate degree in Financial Management from America
World University, United States of America, as well as a Doctorate
degree of Business Administration in Accounting from the Adam Smith
University, United States of America.
Chen Choon Khee Steven is the CEO of our Group and was appointed to
our Board on 19 July 2005. He is responsible for the overall
operations, management, strategic planning and business development
of our Group. Mr Chen has been a Director of Natural Cool since
1993. Before our Company, Mr Chen was a Director and Shareholder of
NC Airconditioning Pte Ltd where he was responsible for the
development of the retail arm of the air-conditioning business. In
October 2004, The Rotary Club of Singapore and the Association of
Small and Medium Enterprises appointed Mr Chen as the Entrepreneur
of the Year.
Ang Choon Cheng Joseph is the Executive Director of our Group
and was appointed to our Board on 2 July 2007. Mr Ang is primarily
responsible for overseeing the overall expansion and management of our
Group. He is the Executive Director of S-Team since 2 July 2007
and was the Managing Director (Head) of Natural Cool A&E since 1 January
2005. Prior joining our group, from 2002 to January 2005, Mr Ang was
a Director in S-Team Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd, a company
he established and incorporated by him. From 2001 to 2002, Mr Ang
was the Vice President in SMB Electric Pte Ltd, as well as a Director
of Soundtex Switchgear Pte Ltd. From 1986 to 2002, Mr Ang was working
with Soundtex Switchgear Pte Ltd as an Apprentice, where he is promoted
to General Manager and subsequently to the position of Director.
Tsng Joo Peng is the Executive Director of our Group and was
appointed to our Board on 1 August 2005. He is responsible for the
supervision of our Group's engineering development efforts. Mr Tsng
has been a Director of Natural Cool since 1993. Prior to joining our
Company, Mr Tsng was a Director and Shareholder of Aircon Designs
Pte Ltd, Aircon Designs Services Pte Ltd, QPA Pte Ltd, Quality
Perfect Assurance Pte Ltd and NC
Airconditioning Pte Ltd.
Ang Choon Beng Eric is an Executive Director of our Group and was
appointed to our Board on 1 August 2005. He is responsible for the
overall management and coordination of the business operations of
S-Team. Mr Ang has been a Director of S-Team since 2002. Prior to
joining our Group, in 2001, Mr Ang was an Assistant Vice President
in SMB Electric Pte Ltd, where he was responsible for the
supervision of the business operations. From 1984 to 2001, Mr Ang
worked in Soundtex Switchgear Pte Ltd as an Apprentice and worked
his way up to become Factory Manager.
Lim Siang Kai is an Independent Director of our Group and was
appointed on 7 March 2006. In addition, Mr Lim is currently the
Chairman and Independent Director of ISDN Holdings Ltd, a company
listed in Singapore. He is also the Executive Director of Golden 21
Investment Holdings Limited, a company listed in Hong Kong. From
November 2002 to April 2005, Mr Lim was an Independent Director of
RNA Holdings Ltd, a company listed in Hong Kong. Between 1984 to
1988, he had joined NZI Merchant Bank (Singapore) Limited as an
Assistant Director of corporate banking where he was overall in
charge of the credit and marketing, investment and private banking.
In 1988, he joined Kingvic Securities Investment Consulting
Enterprise as its President. In 1992, Kingvic went on to establish
Chronical Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd, a fund management
company with partners which were financial institutions such as
Credit Commercial de France, France and OCBC Bank, Singapore, of
which Mr Lim was President from 1993 to 1994. Mr Lim worked at Dexia
Banque Internationale A Luxembourg (BIL) in Hong Kong between 1994
to 1996 as its Chief Representative. In 1996, he was employed by
United Overseas Bank (UOB) as the General Manager of its Xiamen
Branch to run its China Banking operations. In 2001, he was
relocated to the UOB head office, corporate banking division in
Singapore. For the years 2002 to 2003, Mr Lim had been providing
financial consultancy services to Societe Generale, Singapore
Branch.
William Da Silva is an Independent Director of our Group and
was appointed on 7 March 2006. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of
the Supreme Court of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar
in 1990. He has been a Director of AEGIS LLC since April 2004. Mr Da
Silva is the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Small & Medium
Enterprises and a Council Member on the Management Council of the
Eurasian Association. He is a member of the Singapore Manufacturers
Association and the Singapore Institute of Directors. Mr Da Silva is
actively involved with the Ministry of Manpower, where he serves on
the Tripartite Committee for Employment of Older Workers and
participated in the Committee for Operational Safety and Health. In
addition, he is an active member of Rotary International and will be
serving as President of the Rotary Club of Singapore North from 2006
to 2007. Mr Da Silva holds a Bachelor of Law from the National
University of Singapore.

Yun Chee Keen is the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the
various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost
management accounting, foreign exchange management, credit control,
management information systems, tax, cash flow planning and the
financial systems of our Group. Mr Yun joined our group in July
2005. Before joining our Group, Mr Yun was with Nico Steel Holdings
Limited, where he was the Group Financial Controller from 2000 to
2005. Mr Yun has also worked as an Audit Supervisor in KPMG,
Singapore. He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University
with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Merit) in 1996. He is also a member
of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Tan Aik Kwong Ken is the Executive Director and General Manager
of S-Team. He was appointed in 2002. Mr Tan is primarily responsible
for the day-to-day operations of S-Team. Before he joined our Group,
Mr Tan was the Production Manager of SMB Electric Pte Ltd from 2001
to 2002. From1984 to 2001, Mr Tan worked in Soundtex Switchgear Pte
Ltd as an Apprentice, and he was eventually promoted to the position
of Production Manager. He was primarily responsible for overseeing
the production staff and managing the manufacturing, maintenance,
and warehousing activities of our Company.
Neo Han Cheng Kelvin is the Executive Director &
General Manager of Natural Cool. He was appointed in 2005 and
he is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of Natural
Cool’s marketing strategies. Prior to his appointment as General Manager,
Mr Neo was a Project Manager of Natural Cool for seven years. From
1994 to 1997, Mr Neo was a Technical Officer at the Port of
Singapore Authority, where he was responsible for the supervision of
the maintenance and servicing of M&E building services. Mr Neo
graduated with a Diploma in Manufacture Engineering from Singapore
Polytechnic in 1990.
Yeo Siew Leng Anthony is the Executive Director of VNS
& Assistant General Manager of S-Team and was appointed in
2006. Mr Yeo is primarily responsible for the production and maintenance
of S-Team. Prior to his appointment as Assistant General Manager,
Mr Yeo was a Factory Manager of S-Team from 2002 to 2005. From
2001 to 2002, Mr Yeo was the Assistant Production Manager in
SMB Electric Pte Ltd, where he was responsible for providing assistance
to the Production Manager in advising, training and developing the
production team. From 1989 to 2001, Mr Yeo joined Soundtex
Switchgear Pte Ltd as a Production Foreman, where he was
subsequently promoted to the position of Assistant Production
Manager. In 1984, Mr Yeo worked as an Apprentice in
Public Electronics Engineering Pte Ltd.
